Dedication

I dedicate my coaching and consulting business to my two beloved sons, Warren and Scott, who have been the wind beneath my wings, allowing me to soar to greater heights and achieve more than I ever imagined possible. Without their unwavering support and inspiration, I simply would not be the person I am today.

Sadly, I lost Warren too soon in a sudden and tragic accident on November 22, 2009. Warren, my first-born, was a loving and spirited young man who faced challenges that might have defeated others. Yet, he displayed remarkable perseverance and unwavering resilience in the face of adversity. His memory is cherished, and he is missed every day. His life continues to fuel my curiosity and passion to make the world a better place. To my dear Warren, ‘If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.’

Scott, born 22 months after Warren, remains an extraordinary gift to me and the world. From the very first time I held Scott in my arms, he exuded a sense of calm and inner peace that is difficult to describe. He possesses an innate understanding of right and wrong, a deep care for others, and has had a strong sense of fairness from an early age. Just three months into his freshman year at an Engineering university, he received the heartbreaking news of his brother’s tragic passing. Despite this unimaginable loss, Scott persevered. He remained focused, grieved in his own way, and completed his rigorous degree.

My two boys mean the world to me, and they continue to be my wellspring of strength and inspiration. Without them, I likely would not have the opportunity to make such a profound difference in the lives of others. They have shown me the incredible power of focused intention, resilience in the face of challenges, and the courage to break free from the grip of fear that can hold each of us back. I am living proof that powerful and meaningful transformation and accomplishment are possible when one steps out of their comfort zone.

Each of us harbors an inner source of strength that, when nurtured with a strong desire and the willingness to give it a chance, can help us achieve more than we ever dared to dream. It may be something you doubt about yourself, but it resides within you, waiting to emerge when you’re ready to unleash your best self. I, too, was unaware of my own potential until I was confronted with the prospect of raising my two boys alone. It was a pivotal moment that propelled me to explore the depths of my capabilities in a truly transformative way.
